Access Point of Care Services provides an opportunity for patients to be more involved in their health and wellbeing by monitoring their own health. Accessible screenings support patients to take control of their testing schedule, and make decisions about how and when they access care in a way that works for them.
Access Point of Care Services is able to provide screenings for various health issues such as:
Hemoglobin a1c
Blood glucose
Rapid influenza testing
Rapid RSV testing
Lipid testing
Fecal calprotectin for inflammatory bowel disease
Anemia
Sexual health and infections
Maternal serum screens
Cancer screening
Pregnancy testing
Testing is done via finger or shoulder pin prick and does not require blood draws, large needles or full laboratory sites.
